Two Years Running! Dialectica Canada Is Once Again Certified as a Great Place to Work

Dialectica is Great Place to Work® certified in Canada for a second consecutive year, reinforcing the company's focus on building high-performing teams supported by a consistent, people-first culture across its global operations.

The certification lands at a symbolic moment, arriving as Dialectica marks its 6th year in Canada, a reminder that the culture built in the company's early days has carried through more than a decade of global growth, now extending across offices in Greece, Colombia, Canada, Vietnam and the UK.

‍The survey's top scores reflect a workplace defined by justice, care, and belonging. Employees report high marks for Justice (92%), Intimacy (88%), and Camaraderie (84%). Overall, 83% of respondents affirmed the Great Place to Work® statement itself.

What stands out isn't just the high scores, it's the pattern behind them. Justice, Intimacy, and Camaraderie: these aren't operational metrics, they're relational ones. They speak to how people actually treat each other day to day, not just how the office is run.

Justice, at 92%, deserves its own mention. It's the highest score on the board, and it points to something foundational: people feel decisions here are made fairly, not arbitrarily. That kind of trust doesn't come from a single policy, it builds decision by decision, over time.
