Dialectica’s governance framework supports sustainable growth, accountability, and long-term business success. It aligns with globally recognized standards, frameworks and tools, including ISO 27001 for information security management, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and the EcoVadis assessment. Ethical conduct is expressed through the Code of Conduct and internal policies that guide decision-making and strengthen daily operations. In doing so, we ensure alignment with our mission, strategic priorities and regulatory compliance, enabling organisational resilience, innovation, and stakeholder trust.

Our 2024 compliance training programme was designed to ensure continuous reinforcement, address specific risks, and validate competency.

Through a dual approach of strategic financial support and employee volunteer engagement, Dialectica designs and implements targeted initiatives aligned with its broader sustainability objectives.

100+ Dialecticans volunteered and raised $7,000 on Earth Day.
Through the “Unexplored Futures 3” youth empowerment initiative, 26 Dialecticans shared modern job market insights with 986 students across eight schools in Greece.
Dialectica volunteers helped construct the Potsipa ethno-development centre in Colombia to support the Wayuu community through education and sustainable development.

Protecting our Environment
Dialectica is committed to minimising its environmental footprint globally. Through responsible office operations, waste management, and energy efficiency, we improve environmental performance and promote employee awareness and volunteering to enhance environmentally conscious behaviour and resource use.
We conducted our first formal Greenhouse Gas (GHG) audit in 2024 to identify key areas for GHG emissions reduction and consequent business improvements.
We operate out of high-performance facilities, including our Athens headquarters in the LEED Platinum and WELL-certified Piraeus Tower.
By integrating photovoltaic systems, smart building management, and LED motion-sensing technology, we actively minimize our direct impact.
We demonstrate our commitment to sustainability through our annual Sustainability Reports
They provide a clear overview of our performance, progress, and commitments across our strategic sustainability pillars. The Sustainability Reports are developed in line with, and informed by, international frameworks and sustainability standards, including the GRI Standards, AA1000 Standards, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the United Nations Global Compact.
