We are a UK entity and therefore we do not issue tax forms for other countries. We can provide our self-billing invoices if needed.

Do experts get paid for calls?

Yes. All experts who complete a consultation with a client are compensated for their time. Payment is typically calculated based on an agreed hourly rate, which reflects your seniority and professional experience. Please note that screening calls — which are short, introductory calls with a Dialectica Associate — are not compensated. These calls help us determine whether your expertise aligns with a specific project before a client consultation is arranged. Once a project is confirmed and scheduled, you will receive Terms of Engagement, a calendar invite, and a payment form following the interaction. Payments are processed via direct bank transfer, usually within 10 business days after the consultation.
