What does a typical day look like?

Our day-to-day varies constantly, so buckle up! We kick off with a team meeting, but the work starts earlier: you must be caught up on emails to hit the ground running. During the meeting, we prioritize project urgency and map out our timeline.

Success depends on early, strategic research. Once you grasp the industry landscape, you have to be relentless in your outreach—using cold calls, texts, and emails—to secure the best leads. After screening candidates, you present them to the client. Agility is key; an urgent request can force you to pivot your entire schedule instantly. Masterful time management isn't just helpful here—it's essential.

How does your role contribute to Dialectica’s mission?

As a CST Associate, we represent the company's foundation. Dialectica’s goal is to become the #1 firm in the insights market, which requires service excellence. By delivering results fast and demonstrating a deep understanding of each case, we build lasting trust. Our ability to translate complex expertise into actionable results is what fuels the demand for our services.

What’s your favorite part about working here?
