Discovering "Hypergrowth"

Katerina’s journey began with a LinkedIn job post that led her to discover Dialectica. Coming from a customer service background and finishing a Master's degree, she was looking for her first major corporate role.

“What caught my attention is that it’s a Greek company with hypergrowth. That means, one thing only: “people had an ambitious vision and really worked hard to fulfil it,” she explains.

She also saw an unparalleled learning opportunity: “As it’s a B2B company working with clients such as consulting firms, corporates, PEs, and Hedge Funds, I knew that I would learn a lot about real-time business matters and get in touch with professionals that otherwise I wouldn’t have the chance to.”

As a Senior Associate, Katerina’s days are a structured cycle of team alignments, client liaisons, and deep research. The real excitement, she notes, comes from the work itself.

“We work on many niche projects, which gives me the opportunity to delve into industries and products that are truly innovative, allowing me to become more engaged in the latest developments across different fields.”

Katerina sees every challenge as a "distinct opportunity to evolve." This mindset is essential, as she explains that being part of one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe requires a specific level of commitment.

“It’s not just about doing your job well, it’s about refusing to do anything less than your best. Even if a project seems challenging, you need to think of ways to resolve it. You need to find ways to turn things around.”

Katerina admits she was reluctant at the very beginning, but that feeling quickly gave way to a deep understanding of the company's values.

“Throughout various experiences, I had the chance to witness the true culture of the company. I learned what true ownership and growth mindset mean. Dialectica now represents a place that allows me to grow and become better every day.”
