From Theory to Practice: The Dialectica Scenario

Led by our Client Service leaders, Archontia Tsiampali, our Global Vice President, Client Service, and Aggeliki Sovolou, our Regional Vice President, Client Service, the session empowered participants to hone their negotiation skills ahead of the big final. We welcomed over 50 ambitious participants, the very teams set to compete in the upcoming ANT finals, hailing from diverse academic backgrounds and fields of study.

The core of the workshop? A "Real-Life Dialectica Scenario."

We challenged the audience to step into the shoes of our Client Service team. It’s about navigating complex information landscapes, understanding client needs under pressure, and finding the precise "win-win" that drives global business forward.

The Road to the Grand Final

The atmosphere was electric. The teams were fully captivated, immersing themselves in the role-play with the kind of intellectual curiosity we value most at Dialectica. It was the ultimate "warm-up" for the main event.
