Reflections from the GenZ Summit 2025

The vibrant energy of the GenZ Summit 2025 took over the Benaki Museum in the heart of Athens, Greece. It was a gathering of minds dedicated to understanding the generation that is currently reshaping the workforce and the digital landscape.

At Dialectica, we don’t just study Generation Z; we are powered by them. With an average employee age of 26, we are inherently a Gen Z-driven organization. That is why we were incredibly proud to have our own Aggeliki Sakellaropoulou, Manager of B2B Surveys, represent us on the panel discussion titled "Online-Offline: Disconnecting to Reconnect".

Alongside fellow panelists from the worlds of journalism and content creation, Aggeliki dove deep into the paradox of our time: living in an era of hyper-connectivity while seeking genuine human connection.

The "Disconnect to Reconnect" philosophy is all about intentionality.

It is about recognizing that while technology connects us, it can also isolate us if we aren't careful.

The goal is to consciously choose when to plug in and when to step back to avoid toxic usage and make the most out of your mental capacity.

Moving Forward

Participating in the GenZ Summit reaffirmed what we witness daily at our offices: this generation is not just "tech-savvy"; they are tech-conscious. They are seeking a workspace that offers psychological safety, authentic connection, and the freedom to navigate the digital world on their own terms.
