The Launch

Eleni started her professional story at Dialectica just before graduating university. For a professional at the start of her journey, the company’s atmosphere was the strongest draw.

“Although the concept of 'Compliance' was a bit vague to me at the beginning, I thought that working at a company powered by young people from around the world would be a great fit for someone who is also at the start of their career and values intercultural dialogue.”

Day-to-Day

As a Compliance Operations Associate, Eleni's role is anything but static. Compliance is a field constantly defined by new developments and new technologies, meaning she is always learning and expanding her expertise.

“A typical day is never boring. The office is always buzzing with activity, there is often a new project to work on and even day-to-day activities always hide a surprising element, something new you can learn from and expand.”

Eleni notes that her most challenging and interesting projects center around understanding how cutting-edge technologies and new regulations impact our daily operations, keeping her at the forefront of the field.

Her role is linked to our mission: "I help our Client Service Team to deliver top-quality results by making sure that our clients’ requirements are always met." Eleni is a crucial layer of assurance that allows our client-facing teams to operate with confidence.

Nearly two years in, Eleni has a deep appreciation for the impact of the insights space, but her favorite part of working here remains the community.

“My favourite part is the people I work with. Both the Compliance & Legal department as well as the people in the Client Service Team, with whom I work daily, are individuals who help you grow and make even the busiest days enjoyable.”
