At Dialectica, we don't just offer first jobs; we build long-term careers. We're a place where you can join as a graduate, explore your potential, and grow with the company. In this edition of “Owning Your Path,” we spotlight Christina Kallogeri, a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who has done exactly that.

Over the last four years, Christina has witnessed our evolution and has grown right alongside us. Her journey is a masterclass in internal mobility, continuous learning, and the power of a supportive team.

From Intern to Analyst: A Journey of Internal Mobility

Christina’s story with Dialectica began nearly four years ago, right after she graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Stepping into my first corporate role here was both exciting and transformative,” Christina recalls. “I started as an intern, where I gained invaluable insights into our business operations. Just six months later, I embraced a new challenge and transitioned to the Finance department, where I’ve been ever since.

Driving Growth Through Analysis

As an FP&A Analyst, Christina’s role is critical to Dialectica’s strategic goals. Her typical day is a dynamic mix of analysis, creative problem-solving, and teamwork.

“A typical day involves reviewing key financial reports and performance metrics to see how we’re tracking against budgets and forecasts,” she explains. “I work on preparing reports, analyzing cost breakdowns, and handling ad hoc requests from management or other teams, exploring ways to enhance reporting efficiency.”

Christina sees her role as a direct way to support our mission by living our core values.

“I apply a growth mindset by continuously improving financial models. I take ownership of my analyses, ensuring they’re reliable and I collaborate closely with different departments. Altogether, this helps drive Dialectica’s goals of sustainable growth and operational excellence.”

Challenge, Mentorship and Teawork

What truly defines the Dialectica experience is the culture. Christina was first drawn to our "vibrant, multicultural atmosphere and collaborative spirit," and it’s the team that remains her favorite part of the job.

“My favorite part is the team spirit. The supportive atmosphere means we’re always sharing ideas, tackling challenges side by side and learning from each other every step of the way.”

This environment doesn't just make work enjoyable; it makes challenges manageable and creates new leaders. Christina counts training an intern as one of her most rewarding highlights.

“It pushed me to sharpen my time management, prioritization, and communication skills. Another highlight was training an intern, which turned out to be incredibly rewarding—especially knowing that Konstantina is now a valued member of our team.

Christina’s Advice: Come with Curiosity

Having grown from an intern to a seasoned analyst, Christina’s advice for new candidates is perfectly clear.

“My advice would be to come with curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn. Dialectica moves quickly and offers endless opportunities to pick up new skills and tackle fresh challenges. If you’re proactive, curious, and enjoy working as part of high-performing teams, you’ll find it a very rewarding place to grow.”
