‍The Initial Hook

Angeliki’s journey didn't start with a job board. It started with a talk a Dialectican gave in one of her university modules, which opened her eyes to the world of insights. But the initial spark was fueled by something more: “What truly drew me in was the company’s rapid growth, inspiring vision, and the energy of its youthful environment.”

The Leap from Intern to Senior Associate

Dialectica might have been Angeliki’s first professional step, but it resembled more of a leap. Starting as an intern, she has rapidly advanced to Senior Associate in the Compliance Operations team.

Today, three years later, Angeliki’s role is instrumental in safeguarding our position as a trusted partner to our clients. “Building that trust starts with a strong compliance framework, and as part of the Compliance team, I am proud to help lay that foundation.”

Her daily work is anything but routine. While her scope includes addressing clients’ needs and collaborating on risk mitigation, the true value of her role is in its dynamism. From designing company-wide training sessions and updating processes to monitoring reviews and connecting directly with global clients, she collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, constantly discovering something new.

When asked about the most rewarding part of her job, Angeliki points to the internal mentorship and empowerment: “For me, training is the most engaging part of my daily work. Whether I am guiding new CP members through fresh tasks or helping the wider company boost their CP awareness, each session is an exciting challenge.”

‍The Power of True Teamwork

Angeliki puts the “T” in “Teamwork.” She shares that it’s the strong relationships she’s built with her colleagues that make her role so special.

‍“Earning their trust and respect means everything to me. When I receive a message saying, ‘You saved the day, I can always count on you,’ it truly brightens my day. That sense of appreciation and shared purpose is what makes my work so rewarding.”

‍Advice to New Dialecticans

Having mastered the art of accelerated growth, Angeliki offers a clear roadmap for others looking to follow in her footsteps: “Dialectica is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that keeps you on your toes. My advice is to stay agile, adapt quickly, and never let setbacks hold you back. Keep your focus sharp and always aim high. Success and recognition will follow.”
