Fresh off her Master’s in Strategic Communications and Public Relations, Andriana set out to find a role where she could immediately apply her skills on an international stage.

“My main goal was to join a company with an international presence so that I could take advantage of all the skills acquired during my studies,” she says. “The main attribute that attracted me is how international Dialectica is and, subsequently, the exposure I could gain over various industries across the globe.”

The English-speaking environment was a "huge plus," signaling a culture that matched her international outlook and ambition.

“What makes Corporate clients different is the way we approach their projects—we rely heavily on quality and relationship building as almost all Corporates’ client logos are new to Dialectica.”

Now a newly promoted manager, Andriana’s focus has expanded from project execution to team building. Her mission mirrors the very heart of Dialectica values.

“I am trying to build a team where we prioritise openness in communication, trust, and growth mindset,” she shares. “My role is focused on fostering this collaboration and making sure it can grow as our desk and Dialectica continue growing together!”

“Based on my personal experience, working at Dialectica can be challenging, especially in the beginning, simply due to the volume of new information you’re being exposed to suddenly. Before joining, I would definitely recommend introducing yourself to the information services market to get a better understanding of the customers we work with as well as the overall ecosystem of B2B sales.”
