"I've Never Felt Like Just an Intern": Inside Dialectica's Global Internship Program

This summer, close to 100 interns joined Dialectica across four countries: Greece, Canada, Colombia and Vietnam.

They're part of our Client Service Summer Internship Program, and the premise is simple. No shadowing, no “dummy” cases. Interns take on the same projects and the same responsibilities as a first-year Associate, working directly with clients from week one.

A seat at the global table

At our latest Global All Hands, four interns, representing each Dialectica hub across the world, took the floor to share what the summer has actually looked like for them, in front of the entire company.

Not a highlight reel. Not a summary from their manager. Their own words, on the same stage where leadership presents results.

Different cities, different industries, same takeaway: give people real responsibility early, surround them with people who'll actually answer their questions, and they rise to it faster than anyone expects.

That's the whole program, really. Not an introduction to the corporate world. A seat at the table, four months early.
