Dialectica’s Internship Program Makes National Top 20 in Record Time

2025 marks Dialectica’s first appearance in FirstJob’s Best Internship Experiences (BIE) ranking — and we’re proud to have made an immediate impact. With only two waves of our program, we secured 15th place among 43 companies in Colombia, a recognition driven by the feedback and experiences of our own interns.

The Best Internship Experiences (BIE) ranking highlights the most outstanding internship programs in Latin America. Earning a spot among the top companies for interns in Colombia is a major milestone for our team.

In our first year participating with Dialectica Builders, our internship program, we achieved an impressive 90% overall trust level from the participants surveyed. We also scored higher than the BIE Top 10 companies in the work environment and leadership categories, and achieved outstanding results in talent and learning & development.
