By raising the base salary for the ‘Client Service Associate’ role to €1,550, Dialectica invests in Greek talent through an upgraded remuneration model, redefining the labour market for the next generation.

Dialectica, the leading information services firm with a presence across three continents and over 1,600 employees worldwide, announces today an increase of up to 25% to the base salary of its Client Service team in Greece.

Currently, the gross base salary for the ‘Client Service Associate’ role stands at €1,550, whilst the total remuneration package is bolstered by the company's existing transparent and meritocratic bonus scheme, through which, on average, one in four employees doubles their monthly earnings. Indeed, this new investment represents the continuation of a broader strategy to upgrade the Client Service team's compensation, constituting an overall 40% increase in the remuneration package within the space of a year. The changes will take effect from 1 September 2026, and apply to all the company's existing employees, as well as those commencing employment within Dialectica's Client Service team hereafter.

Dialectica, with over ten years of presence in Greece, having featured for six consecutive years on the Financial Times and Statista ‘FT1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies’ list, and with more than half of its personnel based in the company's Athens and Thessaloniki offices, is making a breakthrough by Greek standards. It is acknowledging in the most practical manner the contribution of its people to the organisation's growth trajectory.

With an average age not exceeding 26 years, Dialectica recognises its responsibility as a leading employer for the younger generation, and offers an environment with a structured progression path, a clear timeline, and continuous training opportunities, whilst incorporating artificial intelligence early into the core of its operations. From day one, all necessary tools and the appropriate conditions are provided so that talent can thrive and, concurrently, the company's top-performing personnel can, through a structured development plan, reach Vice President level within a few years and assume a leadership role with international impact.

This is a significant investment in the remuneration model, reflecting Dialectica's commitment to being the country's premier employer for talented young professionals, whilst internally developing cutting-edge technologies that act as accelerators for the professional development and training of the next generation. Artificial intelligence holds a central role in the daily life of the Client Service team, cultivating the requisite conditions for continuous progression and capability enhancement.

Employees in Dialectica's Client Service team are familiarised early on with agentic and generative AI tools, within a modern corporate governance framework, and find themselves swiftly on the frontline of an environment that speaks openly about artificial intelligence, ensuring that the organisation's people remain consistently one step ahead of technological advancements.

It is worth noting that the Client Service team lies at the core of Dialectica's business activity, constituting the company's most populous and pivotal department. It is the team that connects the company's clients with experts by implementing a model of strategic guidance, where the team's negotiation, communication, and technical skills are brought to the fore. This is further reinforced when considering Dialectica's client base, which comprises, amongst others, top-tier consulting firms, large multinational corporations, and institutional investors.

George Tsarouchas, Founder & CEO of Dialectica, stated:At Dialectica, we consistently invest in Greek talent and in individuals who wish to shape the future. With this strategic upgrade to our remuneration model, we consolidate our commitment to providing our people with the necessary resources to unlock 100% of their potential and consistently conquer new heights within Dialectica.

He adds that the company's objective remains to be the premier employer for those seeking excellence, continuous progression, and a career without borders or limits, starting from Greece to conquer the world.
