The People Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while fostering a positive work environment and championing best practices.

As People Partner Manager for Colombia, you'll be the senior People presence on the ground in Bogotá. You'll lead a team of People Professionals across People Partnering and Health & Safety, work closely with the General Manager and local leadership, and guide the local People Operations lead to ensure delivery across all areas of People Strategy.

What you will do

Business Partnering

  • Coach and develop managers to lead high-performing teams and grow their people.
  • Engage with managers to understand their objectives and challenges. Align our People strategies to support business goals and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Become a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, Pulse Survey, promotion process and performance management.
  • Support retention strategies to identify and retain top talent across Dialectica.
  • Facilitate organisational development initiatives and change management processes.
  • Act as an expert and impartial advisor on employee relations matters.
  • Support, advise on and manage performance-related issues and progressive improvement plans.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of People Partners and Health & Safety professionals in Bogotá.
  • Oversee Health & Safety operations and ensure full local compliance.
  • Guide People Operations activity in Colombia in partnership with the global Ops manager, acting as the senior local point of contact.

Employee Experience & Compliance

  • Own the end-to-end employee experience for Colombia — from onboarding to offboarding. Work closely with People CoEs to ensure delivery for your area.
  • Support organisational development and change management as the business scales.
  • Ensure all practices comply with local legal regulations and align with Dialectica’s values.

What we are looking for

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HRBP or People Manager role.
  • Experience leading or managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of Colombian employment law; familiarity with local Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building trust with senior leaders and acting as a strategic partner.
  • Broad generalist background — comfortable across ER, performance, talent development and total rewards.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people's insights into business proposals.
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong working English for global collaboration.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with a high degree of autonomy.

What you will get

Bonus Incentive

You will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus incentive up to 10% of your gross annual salary. The bonus is activated after 3 months of employment, it will be calculated and paid out proportionally after activation, based on the company’s overall performance (i.e. Delivery vs Budget, Full Year Revenue vs Budget) and personal performance. Other Benefits and Terms

In addition to the mandatory 15 vacation days required by law, you will be entitled to 5 additional vacation days as a non-salary benefit. These days are to be used during our annual office closure at the end of December. 2 flex days per year (1 per semester) and 

You will also be eligible for private health insurance and life insurance through AXA and Panamerican, which is fully covered by the company. The addition of any dependents is possible as an additional cost to the employee.
