In order to sustain our growth, we need to attract and retain the best and the brightest. One of our most important strategic talent levers is graduates so we are seeking a Campus Specialist to join us, with expertise in building and executing strategic campus activities across the country.
Responsibilities
- Campus Strategy & Planning: Develop and begin executing a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy, including target universities, programs, and events, to attract top graduate talent.
- Programme set up and design: Design and establish a structured internship and graduate programme in Greece.
- University Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with career offices, faculty and student organizations at key universities in Greece and the rest of Europe.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and drive recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and on-campus interviews, alongside Athens Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Actively source, screen, and engage with potential candidates from campus channels, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all campus candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer.
- Employer Branding: Promote Dialectica's employer brand on campus through various initiatives and communicate the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Set up, track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align campus recruitment efforts accordingly.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience in an in-house talent acquisition role with a focus on early talents.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of campus hiring, trends and events. Ideally, well networked with universities and supporting organisations.
- Tools: Proficiency in relevant platforms and tools and ability to work within budget.
- Soft Skills: Resilient, resourceful, and creative expert with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
