Dialectica x The Tipping Point: GenAI Skills Workshop For University Students

In our latest collaboration with The Tipping Point, one the leading organizations in Greece that promotes innovation in education, we moved beyond the theoretical to give a group of ambitious students what they actually need: a front-row seat to high-velocity tech operations.

The session was thoughtfully designed to drop students directly into the "Customer Centricity Challenge," where technical skill meets the reality of client demands.

Into Dialectica's Tech & AI Innovation

Instead of a standard site visit, we focused on three high-impact areas where students could immediately upgrade their professional toolkit.

Our participants were able to:

• Behind the Stack: Students got an inside look at the technologies that power Dialectica’s daily operations, helping them understand how we maintain our competitive edge in a fast-paced global market.
• Mastering AI in Practice: Moving beyond the hype, participants received practical tips and insights on using AI tools effectively as productivity multipliers.
• From Concept to Pitch: Using what they learned on the spot, students developed and pitched mini-projects. In a dynamic hands-on activity, students developed and presented their own proposals using Generative AI, going far beyond a typical exercise. It was a simulation of how we solve problems and present ideas to our peers and clients.

The Bottom Line
