Talent Development (Senior) Manager

Location Pireas, Attica, Greece
Team Professional Development

About the role

As Talent Development (Senior) Manager, you will own how our 1,500+ people are assessed, leveled, promoted and developed across all our global offices.

This is a build role, not a maintenance one. You will set the direction, design the frameworks and processes, and run them hands-on with a small team. You will be the owner of:

  • Performance management
  • Leveling and career frameworks
  • Promotions
  • Training, from leadership development to compliance
  • Our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Our growth fund; the allocation of development resources to our people

You will work closely with People Partners, Operations leadership and senior leaders across regions. It is a high-ownership role with direct impact on how people grow and how the business performs.

What you will do

Rebuild the function

  • Define the Talent Development strategy and roadmap, aligned with company growth priorities
  • Assess what exists today, decide what to keep, fix or replace, and set clear priorities for the first 12 months
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 1–2 Talent Development professionals

Own performance management

  • Run the global performance cycle end to end, including annual and mid-year reviews, calibration and development plans
  • Design simple, consistent processes and guidance for managers and employees
  • Use performance data to spot trends and inform talent decisions

Own leveling and promotions

  • Maintain and evolve Dialectica’s leveling and competency frameworks, so expectations are clear for every role and level
  • Run the global promotion process, from nominations and criteria to calibration and communication
  • Make sure decisions are fair, consistent across regions and linked to performance

Build training that matters

  • Design and deliver leadership development journeys for Managers, Senior Managers and VPs
  • Own mandatory and compliance training, making sure it is completed, tracked and audit-ready
  • Lead onboarding and upskilling programs, including AI tool adoption and other capability needs
  • Select and manage external vendors and internal subject-matter experts where needed

Run the learning infrastructure

  • Own the LMS, including content, administration, reporting and new rollouts
  • Integrate learning with performance cycles and talent reviews

Measure impact

  • Define success metrics tied to business KPIs such as retention, promotion velocity, engagement and performance
  • Report on outcomes to People and business leadership, and keep improving based on data and feedback

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years in Talent Development, Talent Management or L&D, ideally across more than one country
  • Hands-on ownership of performance management cycles and promotion processes
  • Experience designing or maintaining leveling, competency or career frameworks
  • A track record of designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Experience running an LMS and managing compliance training
  • Proven ability to link development work to business outcomes, using data to measure impact
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence with senior audiences
  • Experience managing stakeholders across regions and functions
  • People leadership experience, or a clear readiness to lead a small team
  • A builder’s mindset: strategic, but happy to roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Background in high-growth, consulting or performance-driven environments would be beneficial
  • Fluent English

What you'll get out of it

  • Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives
  • Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan
  • Hybrid work model, extra personal and flex days, and paid volunteer days for your favourite cause
  • Company-sponsored team-bonding events
  • Weekly health and wellness activities, plus healthy breakfast, snacks and drinks
  • An entrepreneurial culture and great colleagues
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and grow your career in a multicultural team within a global organisation
