Talent Acquisition Intern - 2027 I
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers
hands-on experience in the recruitment process within an expert network setting, with opportunities to gain exposure
to various stages of talent acquisition, from sourcing to candidate engagement. The ideal candidate will have an
interest in human resources and recruiting, with a passion for building strong relationships and understanding the
needs of the talent landscape.
The role will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Associate Manager
Responsibilities:
● Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various expert network roles, including identifying qualified professionals
from diverse industries.
● Support the recruitment team in reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate
qualifications and fit.
● Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
● Research and identify new talent pools and candidate sources, including social media platforms, industry forums, and
professional networks.
● Assist in organizing recruitment events, webinars, or workshops aimed at attracting top talent.
● Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing candidate offer letters and other
hiring documentation.
● Contribute to improving candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment
process.
● Participate in projects related to talent acquisition, such as enhancing employer branding, implementing recruitment
automation tools, and analyzing recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
● Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Prior internship or experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus (but not required).
