Accounts Payable Intern
About The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Intern to support our Accounting Department with day-to-day transactions. As an Accounts Payable Intern your responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing payments for external partners, ensuring timely reporting and assisting our Client Service team in payment related issues.
This is a 6-month contract with the potential for becoming a permanent position.
What You Will Do
- Support with the expense report.
- Support with the processing of AP invoices.
- Manage the preparation of the payments.
- Communicate with external partners.
- Bookkeeping invoices in our ERP system.
- Assist the Finance team with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests.
What We Are Looking For
- BSc degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information.
- Fluency in English.
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
