-
Executive Headhunting: Conduct deep, strategic profile research utilizing professional networks (LinkedIn, internal databases, alternative sourcing) to source and map out high-profile industry leaders globally.
-
B2B Outreach & Persuasion: Initiate direct outbound communication (cold calling, professional networking, email sequencing) to pitch complex project opportunities and confidently negotiate with global C-suite executives to secure their participation.
-
End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle under tight deadlines, from vetting and matching experts with clients to coordinating schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless client interaction and high delivery standards.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR

High Resilience: A mature growth mindset with the ability to handle daily rejections, adapt to shifting client demands, and view constructive feedback as a tool for career advancement.
-
Strong Business Acumen & Problem Solving: A sharp understanding of business structures, market trends, and organizational workflows, supported by a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
