About the Tech Team

Technology powers everything we do at Dialectica - from communicating with clients and finding the most relevant expert profiles in just a few minutes to indexing and categorizing thousands of pieces of information every day. To do so, we have built our own proprietary web application that automates and optimizes the delivery of our market leading services.

To date, the team consists of 90+ people across Software Engineering, Product & Design, TechOps, and is expected to grow further in 2026. Being part of Dialectica’s Technology Team you will have the opportunity to help build tech products according to the requirements of our internal and external clients and share the company’s vision to roll out more information services software products in the future.

About the role

We are looking for a TechOps Specialist to join our Technology Operations function, the connective tissue between our product, engineering, and business teams.

This role sits at the center of our operations. You’ll be responsible for monitoring application health, triaging incidents, and coordinating responses across teams to keep systems running smoothly for our users and the business.

You'll spot friction, diagnose what's causing it, and drive a fix – whether that means improving a process, coordinating the right people, or rolling up your sleeves to get it done yourself.

You’ll do well here if you enjoy moving things forward, even when not everything is perfectly defined, take real ownership of your work, and care about making things better for the people around you.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate incident response – assess impact, engage the right teams, communicate clearly, and help drive issues to resolution
  • Execute and improve runbooks – follow operational procedures for complex scenarios and proactively suggest improvements when you spot gaps
  • Drive operational improvements – reduce alert noise, identify inefficiencies in processes or workflows and take initiative to fix them
  • Support internal platform issues – handle day-to-day platform requests and issues, making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Bridge product, engineering, and business teams – translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders so that the right people have the right context at the right time
  • Support tool adoption and integrations – help evaluate and implement platforms and tools based on business needs
  • Manage cross-functional projects – take ownership of operational or technical projects from scoping through delivery
  • Participate in Team rituals – actively contribute to planning sessions, retrospectives, and standups

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2-4 years in a TechOps, Product Operations, IT/SRE or similar role
  • Hands-on experience working in or alongside product and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working

Technical Comfort

You don't need to code, but you should be at ease with:

  • Νavigating technical systems and debugging issues at a high level
  • Picking up new tools quickly (project management, CRM, analytics etc)
  • Working with data - reading dashboards, spotting trends, forming hypotheses
  • Understanding how products and systems (web apps, APIs, databases) fit together
  • Reading logs, interpreting metrics, and using monitoring tools

Attitude & Soft Skills

This is what matters most to us – how you think, work, and show up every day:

  • Fast learner – you quickly get up to speed in unfamiliar areas
  • Bias for action – you move things forward without waiting for perfect clarity
  • Problem-solver – you treat obstacles as puzzles, not blockers; you find ways around them
  • Ownership mindset – you take responsibility and see things through to the end
  • Clear communicator – you adapt your message to your audience, from engineers to business stakeholders and clients
  • Team-oriented – you share context generously, care about the people you support, and actively contribute to making the team more effective
  • Constructive and direct – you communicate honestly, give useful feedback, and focus on solutions
  • Continuous learner – you actively build your knowledge and share it with others

At Dialectica, we live by Ownership, Respect, Teamwork, and a Growth Mindset. If these resonate with the way you work, you'll fit right in.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with performance incentives
  • Company collective health insurance plan
  • Learning & development budget (Mini-MBA, Udemy, on-the-job training, and more)
  • Extra personal/flex days and paid volunteer days
  • Company-sponsored team events
  • Weekly wellness activities (basketball, football, yoga, running), gym discounts, and healthy snacks
  • Entrepreneurial culture and great people to work with
